Hi there! I’m the face behind CPR, a one-person operation with a big mission: to spread life-saving knowledge and make CPR training simple, practical, and accessible to everyone.

With over 20 years of experience in this field, teaching CPR isn’t just a job for me, it’s personal. When I was a child, I actually needed CPR myself. That experience stuck with me and shaped my passion for making sure others are equipped with the skills they need to step up in an emergency. You never know when knowing CPR could make all the difference.

I offer a range of hands-on training, including:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for healthcare professionals
• Heartsaver courses designed for daycares, babysitters, and caregivers
• First Aid training for anyone who wants to be prepared

I mostly travel to businesses, schools, and daycare centers to provide on-site training, but once a month, I also host community classes at the local library which is open to anyone who wants to learn.

No big staff, no complicated sign-up process it’s just practical, engaging training with a real person who’s passionate about what they do. My goal is to make sure you walk away not just certified, but confident.
